Product description:
Chemical name: 1, 2, 3, 4-butetetraol, molecular weight: 122.12, white crystal, slightly sweet, is a pure natural sweetener produced by microbial fermentation, with a sense of coolness. Soluble in water (37%, 25ºC), easy to crystallize due to low solubility (compared with sucrose), suitable for foods that need sucrose taste, such as chocolate and table sugar, etc.
It is found in a variety of fruits, vegetables and plants, with a relative sweetness of 0.65-0.70 and a low calorific value, which is only 1/18 of that of sucrose (erythritol calorific value is 0.2 calories/g and sucrose calorific value is 3.75 calories/g).
