Canthaxanthin Beadlet 10% TAB consists of violet-red to reddish-violet beadlets, with few white spots of food starch. The microencapsulation beadlets are manufactured with advanced spray and starch-catching drying technology. The individual particles containing canthaxanthin are finely dispersed in the matrix of gelatin and sucrose, coated with corn starch. Ascorbyl palmitate and dl-alpha-tocopherol are added as antioxidants.
